Schedule of Races:

Division V Varsity Girls 11:00 am

Division V Varsity BOYS 11:40 am

JV Boys and Girls: 12:10 PM

Varsity and JV races are 3 miles. Awards immediately after.

Awards: Team Championship trophies will be awarded to the 1st and 2nd place team in each gender. Individual medals will be awarded to the top 25 runners in each race.

Qualifications for State: Those who will qualify for the State Meet are as follows:1. All members of the top 8 placing Varsity teams by score in each gender will qualify.2 Any individual who finishes in the top 25 of their respective Varsity race, that is not a member of the top 8 scoring teams.

Registration for this meet must be completed on Milesplit by November 2 by 12pm. You are allowed to enter up to 12 runners on the registration portal, BUT only 7 runners will compete in the race.

At packet pickup you will declare which 7 runners will be competing and turn ALL other bibs back into the registration table. ONLY RUNNERS ENTERED IN THE 12 POSITIONS AT THE REGIONAL MEET WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE SUBSTITUED AT THE STATE MEET PER LHSAA INSTRUCTIONS.

The runners who do not compete in the Varsity race will be allowed to run in the JV race but will only be timed by their coach. There is no need to enter JV entries on Milesplit.

Registration Fee:

The price for the Division V - Region II meet will be $150 per school regardless of the number of runners or genders entered. The checks will be made out to Lafayette Christian Academy Cross Country and must be brought to the meet with you. PLEASE DO NOT MAIL YOUR CHECK! Any school who has not paid by the start of their race will not have their runners scored.

Late entries and changes will be accepted up to 2 hours prior to the start of the Girls race, but a $50 fee for an individual or $100 fee for 2 or more (per gender) will be assessed and must be paid before the changes are made. (per LHSAA policy) This must be done at packet pickup.

Packet pickup will be opened from 6:45 am until 10:00 am on the morning of the race. Please make sure that you pick up your packet in plenty of time to make your declarations and payments.

There will be a $5 entrance fee for spectators. Please let your parents know about this.
