Join us for a special evening of music and creativity at our Songwriting Contest, celebrating deaf awareness. Sign up for the open mic from 5 PM to 7 PM, with music kicking off at 7 PM. The contest winner will be voted on by the audience and will receive a $50 prize! After the contest, all participants can perform two songs.
What do you write about?
Well whatever just popped into your head or what you imagine when you think of a person who is Deaf or Deaf-Blind or Hard of Hearing.
September is Deaf Awareness Month, and as someone who teaches deaf and hard of hearing children and interprets in the community, I invite you to showcase your talent while raising awareness through your art. Don’t miss this unique opportunity!
