About this event
R&B Hot Zen Flow is where warmth meets rhythm and soul. Set to smooth R&B vibes, this class blends an intermediate pace with our signature Zen Flow Method, giving you space to melt into each posture, move with intention, and ride the music as you deepen your practice. It’s grounding, sensual, and just the right amount of challenge… no rushing, just flow.
