Celebrate the season with a colorful collection of Merry & Bright petit fours as you learn to assemble, decorate, and transform these bite-sized cakes into festive holiday treats perfect for gifting, sharing, or displaying at your Christmas celebrations.

Perfect for beginners and beyond, this class focuses on creating cheerful, bakery-style petit fours bursting with bright holiday colors, whimsical decorations, and playful Christmas charm.

You'll also be introduced to simple royal icing decorating techniques and learn how to incorporate fun holiday accents—including colorful ornaments, bows, Christmas trees, snowflakes, candy canes, festive lights, and other Merry & Bright-inspired details—to create a joyful collection of petit fours that's sure to brighten any holiday dessert table.

All supplies are provided.

Participants may bring a beverage and an apron if they choose.

Participants ages 6 and older are welcome (see ticket details below).

Class time will vary depending on the overall skill level of the group.

All skill levels welcome. Beginner and beyond.

This is a decorating and assembly class. Some components will be pre-prepared to allow focus on technique.

What You Will Take Home

Each participant will leave with 12 Merry & Bright-themed vanilla petit fours they decorated themselves.

Ticket Information

Student Ticket – $45

Ages 12 and older must purchase their own ticket.

Parent & Me Ticket – $55

Valid for one parent/guardian (18+) and one child (ages 6–11) working together on one shared set.

All participants must have a ticket. No exceptions.

Ticket Policy (Please Read Before Purchasing)

Late arrivals: To avoid disrupting instruction, students who arrive more than 10 minutes after the scheduled class start time will not be admitted into class. If you know you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Students who fail to notify us in advance and are denied entry due to late arrival will forfeit their ticket and are not eligible for a refund or transfer.

All class tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason at any time. This includes cancellations, schedule conflicts, no-shows, late arrivals, illness, or failure to meet class requirements.

By purchasing a ticket, you are reserving a seat in class. Supplies are purchased, prepared, and portioned specifically for each student. Labor is involved in advance preparation and many materials cannot be reused once prepared.

If you cannot attend, you may request a one-time transfer with at least 48 hours' notice if space allows, but this is not guaranteed.

Failure to meet class requirements or follow class policies may result in denial of participation without refund.
