- ➤ The Lafayette Animal Shelter & Care Center is asking for help to find the owner of a donkey picked up on the 1400 block of Wilturner Road in Duson; it is holding the animal for 10 days before it may be put up for adoption. Contact the shelter at (337-291-5644). The Advocate
