- ➤ Senators Kennedy and Wicker introduced a bipartisan Regional Ocean Partnerships Act—aimed at reauthorizing the program for fiscal years 2028 through 2031—that supports projects benefiting Louisiana, including habitat monitoring and water quality tracking.
