- ➤ Moncus Park has announced a free summer season of events running from June through August, featuring live music at Sunset Sessions, a Father’s Day pop-up at the park, National Food Truck Day and weekly community markets & wellness programs. - ➤ Rotary clubs in Lafayette are hosting a bingo fundraiser for adults only on Friday, June 26 from 6 to 10 p.m. at Le Pavillon, Parc Lafayette to raise funds for Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Louisiana; the event will feature live entertainment and bingo rounds to support local families. - ➤ M C Bank appointed a new leadership team including former IberiaBank execs (such as Bill Fenstermaker and Pat Trahan) to boost its Acadiana operations. The bank announced the hires yesterday morning and will open a River Ranch branch soon. The Advocate
