EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Martial Billeaud Elementary School in Broussard recently celebrated the opening of a new $120,000 track that gives students a secure space to walk and run—a project funded by school fundraisers and matching funds from the Lafayette Parish School System. The eighth-of-a-mile track, the first of its kind at an elementary school in the district, features a sports coating to enhance safety. News 15
