- ➤ Building permits for Oct 1-7 showed that Chart Construction secured permission to cosmetically remodel the dining room of the new Off The Hook seafood restaurant at 101 Liberty Ave while approvals were issued for retail, residential and aviation projects across Lafayette, Broussard and Youngsville — permits ranged from $55,000 for minor renovations to $6.5 million for a Trader Joe’s expansion.
