- ➤ Lafayette City Marshal Reggie Thomas will host a free drive-thru jambalaya lunch for seniors Friday at 11 a.m. at the Martin Luther King Recreation Center on Cora Street, where older residents can pick up a meal and meet deputies (celebrating local seniors before the holidays). KATC
- ➤ WISE Foundation hosted its 3rd annual Believe in the Magic of the Season event at Brown Park Recreation Center to bring holiday cheer to children facing trauma, homelessness, or foster care.
