- ➤ Lafayette Consolidated Government extended warming shelter operations at Dupuis Recreation Center through Monday night to help those facing freezing temperatures. - ➤ Apartment listing prices in Lafayette dropped 6% from last year's median of $1,240 to $1,165 in November — Zumper data shows one-bedroom rates fell 10% while two-bedroom listings remained near October’s values.
